300 series stainless steel alloys are non-magnetic composition of chromium and nickel. These stainless steel alloys are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, but they cannot achieve the required strength through heat treatment.

[/vc_hoverbox][vc_empty_space][vc_hoverbox image=”5097″ primary_title=”400 Series Stainless Steel Alloys” primary_title_font_container=”color:%23000000″ primary_title_google_fonts=”font_family:Abril%20Fatface%3Aregular” hover_title=”400 Garde Stainless Steel” hover_title_google_fonts=”font_family:Abril%20Fatface%3Aregular” hover_btn_title=”More Information” hover_btn_color=”mulled-wine” use_custom_fonts_primary_title=”true” use_custom_fonts_hover_title=”true” hover_add_button=”true” hover_btn_link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fsg-casting.com%2Fen%2F400-series-stainless-steel-alloys%2F|title:%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D9%86%D9%84%D8%B3%20%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%DB%8C%D9%84%20%D8%B3%D8%B1%DB%8C%20400%20%D9%88%20%D8%AC%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%20%D8%A2%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%A7%DA%98%20%D9%87%D8%A7%DB%8C%20%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%84%20%D8%AA%D9%88%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%AF|target:%20_blank|” hover_title_link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fsg-casting.com%2Fen%2F400-series-stainless-steel-alloys%2F||target:%20_blank|”]
This alloy contains 11-27% chromium, up to 1% carbon and up to 2.5% nickel. 400 series stainless steel alloys produced by Sanat Gostar are totally responsive to heat treatment and can be supplied with a predominantly martensitic microstructure in a wide range of strength and hardness.

[/vc_hoverbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”5/6″ css=”.vc_custom_1599456911434{margin-top: -104px !important;}”][vc_column_text]
The base elements of any stainless steel alloys are: chromium, nickel and molybdenum. These three components determine the grain structure and mechanical properties of alloy and shape characteristics such as heat and corrosion resistance.

Stainless steel contains at least 10.5% chromium, which makes it more functional in environments containing corrosive liquids and oxidation. However, this is not absolute. These alloys have two distinct properties in environments with liquids and vapors: they are “corrosion resistant” at temperatures below 650 ° C and “heat resistant” at higher temperatures.
