Heat Treatment Fixtures
Heat treatment is an industrial post-process performed on metal parts to alter their physical and sometimes chemical properties. This process requires high temperatures so that the part can achieve the desired property.
In order to hold the parts in place we need equipment called these “Heat Treatment Fixtures or Heat Treatment Trays”. Because of the fact that the fixtures are placed inside the furnace should be heat resistant they must follow certain standards. The most common type of alloys used to produce heat treatment fixtures is mainly stainless steel series 1.4848 and 1.4852.
